The Talent Garden Club is an organization that promotes environmentally healthy practices, that educates about best gardening practices, that encourages the formation of pollinator gardens, and that finances scholarships for students pursuing horticulture related majors. We have a plant sale every May in order to raise funds for scholarships and community garden projects. (Thank you to Rogue Valley Compost for helping to make this plant sale possible!) Through our fundraising efforts, we have given out scholarships to Phoenix High School seniors, supported the creation of community pollinator gardens in Talent, and given grants to organizations like Access community garden, Rogue Farm Corps, and the Farm to School program.

This year, we will not be having an online plant sale. However, we will have an in-person sale at 50 Talent Avenue from 9 a.m.–3 p.m. on Saturday, May 7th. We will have more than 150 varieties of tomatoes available. If you would like to browse them before you buy, check out the pdfs here. Happy Growing!

Thank you to everyone who made our 2020 plant sale a resounding success through purchases and/or donations. Our plant sale is now at an end as we’ve sold almost every single plants that we had. If you missed out on the sale, please stay tuned for our 2021 sale next May. Thank you again and Happy Growing!

No-contact Sidewalk Sale

The Talent Garden Club is having a no-contact sidewalk sale at 55 Talent Avenue. It will start Saturday, May 2nd and end Monday, May 3rd. Plants will be available for sale from dawn to dusk. Please spread the word and come on by any time.

Our gardeners have started too many varieties of plants to easily post them all on-line (succulents, grasses, flowers, trees, and more), so were making them available for in-person selection. We will have tables of plants set up for people to browse and a container to collect money.

Parking is available across the street at 50 Talent Avenue. If you come, please be conscious of the need to practice social distancing and wear a mask if there are others browsing. If it looks a little crowded, please come back at another time.

Note: Because of our inability to easily update our plant lists over the weekend, we will not be taking on-line orders for the next two days.
